What is Dash Feel Good Rewards?
Feel Good Rewards is the Dash warranty and rewards program, extending the warranty on your Dash products up to 2 years total. Through ByDash.com, you can also earn and save points with every purchase towards exclusive rewards for members.
Who can join the program?
Anyone who would like to create an account on ByDash.com can join Feel Good Rewards and earn 50 points for joining. Accounts are limited to one per person.
How do I earn points?
Aside from your first 50 points for registering, you can earn points by purchasing items directly through ByDash.com or by taking another qualifying action through the ByDash.com rewards portal. Click the Earn Points button above the FAQ to learn all the ways you can earn points.
How do I redeem points for rewards?
Click the Redeem Points button above the FAQ to view and redeem your available rewards.
What are the terms of the program?
By joining the Program, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the Dash Feel Good Rewards Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions and by any changes or modifications we may make to those Program terms and conditions. You also agree to receive Program-related emails from us.
When will my points be added to my account?
It may take between 24-72 hours after a purchase (or other action that adds points) for the points to show in your account.
Can I earn points on past purchases?
We can only add points for products purchased through ByDash.com, previous purchases are not eligible.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 6 months (180 days).
How do I check my points balance?
You can check your balance by logging in to your account and clicking the "Check Points" button above.
