Blueberry Sour Cream Waffles

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 6 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ¾ cup fresh blueberries
Directions
- Whisk dry ingredients, add wet ingredients and whisk just until combined.
- Fold in blueberries and lemon zest, and mix lightly to combine.
- Preheat your Waffle Maker, and spray with a small amount of non-aerosol cooking oil. Once the Indicator Light is off, pour 1 cup of batter into the heated Waffle Maker.
- Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with maple syrup
