Express Egg Cooker

I bought the every day egg cooker that makes seven eggs any style. Today I hard boil seven eggs in it and they turned out absolutely perfect and ready to be eaten. I used to get frustrated that when I hard boiled eggs, they either were not cooked all the way or they were cooked too much and tough. This product produced the best hard boiled egg. I look forward to using more of your products in the future.

I started with a 2 egg omelet, followed directions; omelet was raw on the bottom and I had to run it through the cooking cycle twice before it was done enough to eat. Next I tried boiled eggs, followed directions, measured the water halfway between medium and hard boiled; the eggs were not easy to peel and when I cut into them the yolk was still runny (see picture) . Not at all the kind of performance they claim for their product.
