    Love it!

    Amazing Pumpkin Waffles

    I gave this as a gift to my best friend who at the time was my boyfriend and since has become my fiancé for his birthday, he is a self-proclaimed lover of just about everything pumpkin, we made Bourbon Vanilla (extract) Pumpkin (real pumpkin puree) mini chocolate chip waffles, just added a little brown sugar and pumpkin spice to some King Arthur Gluten Free pancake/waffle mix. Share them with the family and they were a huge hit! I highly recommend getting the cookbook for great ideas to start with, we looked at the recipe and tweaked it some. we also made plain ones and some with just the mini chocolate chips from Enjoy life company they were fabulous! who knew you could use Rice milk and make anything taste good ... lol great for if your dairy free! pumpkin ones were eating before i could snap a photo of them... haha here are the plan ones swimming in maple syrup
