    Finally a non toxic nonstick Cast Iron skillet!

    This is such a great pan. I did a lot of research on different non toxic skillet options that would work for cooking eggs and not having them stick. There are a few others out there but with a MUCH higher price tag.

    This skillet is everything I was hoping for, and at a very reasonable price.

    The 11” is pretty heavy, so I would not recommend for an individual with a weaker wrist .

    Great Skillets

    I really like this non stick cast iron skillet. I have 4 different sizes and they are the only skillets I use. They provide all the good things traditional cast iron is known for plus the ease of a non stick skillet.

    Perfect Sear!

    With regular cast iron that hasn’t been seasoned well over the years, achieving the perfect sear without food sticking can be a real challenge. I used to struggle with frying eggs in cast iron, but that all changed when I invested in my Zakarian frying pans. These pans, along with other Dash Zakarian products, have revolutionized my cooking experience, making it effortless to sear and fry without any stickiness. I can even make brown butter without worrying about over-browning it. These pans have elevated my searing and frying to restaurant-quality levels. Every kitchen needs at least one of these, in any size!
