Where can I shop Dash products in-person?
Dash products are on shelves at a variety of retail partners across the US. Not every Dash product is available at every store, so we encourage you to call ahead or visit one of our partners’ websites. You can also subscribe to our email list or follow us on Instagram to see when and where new products are launched.
Are Dash products kid-friendly?
While we try to make our products and recipes as family-friendly as possible, Dash products are NOT designed for children to use unsupervised.


How do I get a product manual?
Every Dash product comes with a complete product manual inside the box to get you started. If you have misplaced your manual or didn't get one, visit the “Warranty and Manuals” tab on the relevant product page on to get your manual (the tab is located underneath the product images and 'Add To Cart' button!). You can also visit our Support page to access the full library of Dash product manuals.
How do I get a spare part for my product?

What regions do you currently ship to?
We are currently able to ship only within the contiguous US states (i.e., not including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We do not currently ship to Canada, and cannot ship to a PO box or an APO/FPO address.
My product has not arrived, what should I do?
Depending on where you live, your product may take longer or shorter to ship. The processing time for our products takes up to 2 business days. If your product has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact our Customer Support team for more information.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $49! We ship UPS and comply with standard UPS shipping rates based on dimensions and the weight of your products. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to a PO box.
My product arrived broken, what can I do?
Your Dash product comes with a 1-year warranty period during which you can exchange or return it for the same item. Our Customer Support team will be happy to assist when processing your warranty claim. If troubleshooting fails to fix the problem, we are happy to replace the item or defective part. We do require proof of purchase as well as your full name, shipping address, telephone number, and the model number of your Dash product.


What is your return policy for Dash products?
Due to our current fulfillment process, products purchased through are final sale. If you have an issue with your Dash product or warranty, please contact Customer Service.

If your product was purchased through one of our retail partners—whether online or in-store—you can register your product by clicking on "Register Products" in the bar at the top of the page.
Do I need to register products purchased through
If you have purchased your product using your account on, your product is already registered. Points will be added to your account within 48 hours.
