    Undercooked eggs

    I started with a 2 egg omelet, followed directions; omelet was raw on the bottom and I had to run it through the cooking cycle twice before it was done enough to eat. Next I tried boiled eggs, followed directions, measured the water halfway between medium and hard boiled; the eggs were not easy to peel and when I cut into them the yolk was still runny (see picture) . Not at all the kind of performance they claim for their product.

Although the instruction manual has suggested water amounts should be effective for perfectly cooked eggs, possibly there is something more specific we can assist with.

    So easy!!

    So I’ve only used it one time so far, maybe I should wait before leaving a review but so far I love it! we made seven hard boiled eggs and they were perfect. So easy to peel and so delicious. I’m super excited to try the omelet feature too.

    Perfect Eggs Everytime

    I love that by the time I get my coffee made and toast ready, my poached eggs or omelet is ready. No need to guess how long or if the eggs will cooked through. They are perfect. Trying the hard boil cook today. I expect the will be perfect.
