    Not working

    I was excited to get this popcorn maker but so disappointed when I opened the brand new sealed box and it didn’t work. It appears that the heating unit on the product is faulty. It gets warm enough to melt butter on top (I wouldn’t say hot) and not a single kernel has popped. It’s been plugged in for about 15 minutes and still nothing. Disappointing and a waste of money.

    The popcorn machine is good however it stopped after once cycle and never came back on.

    Exceeded expectations!

    I wanted to get away from microwave popcorn for a healthier alternative. This popper does an excellent job. I been snacking fresh popcorn everyday since getting it. Without all the preservatives.

    Smaller than expected

    The popping reservoir is smaller than expected. The cup seems the same size as my old one though. The lid also attaches differently. I do like the on and off button. My old one was just on when plugged in and off when it wasn’t which meant unplugging it when it was running and sparks would shoot out of the socket. Hence the new one. Haha.
