    Waffles are my new comfort food

    I was never a big waffle fan, but when I saw the cute aqua one on sale, I had to have it. I use it everyday, along with the griddle, grill, and extra waffle maker. It makes great egg omelets! I've been making Belgian, banana nut, apple crisp, and blueberry muffins to perfection. In fact, I made them for 100 straight days for comfort & to settle my nerves. 😄
