Rapid Cold Brew Coffee Maker

I like to make a concentrated form so I can just heat it if I want hot or put it right into a big ol cup and drink it as cold brew. So I store it in the fridge for several days in a glass jar and it comes out great. I can only do decaf, so I use organic espresso beans that are swiss water processed. Wonderful to have a quick way to make it into cold brew. I also used for tea Concentrate but took a lot of loose tea to make it strong enough. So will probably stick with hot steeping method there.

Really like having the ability to make cold-brew instantly, and to be able to use different flavored blends. My current favorite is using Sbucks Toasted Coconut Ground Coffee + Torani Vanilla Syrup + Oatmilk. It'll take a couple months to recoup the costs, but it's definitely going to save money in the long run. The only thing I would say is that the brew appears a little lighter than I would like, so I'm not sure if I'm not using enough ground coffee/using too much water, etc. I'm sure I'll eventually figure it out though. Quick tip - when adding ground coffee to the filter, keep it away from the center 'pillar', as the ground coffee can go down the middle and into the pot. Highly recommend for anyone who is addicted to cold-brew like I am.

The machine was easy to setup and use. I wasn't sure on a lot of things since I've never made cold brew before. Basically, you just fill it up with water and coffee and it does everything else. There was a fill line inside the coffee holder but I thought it seemed like a lot of coffee so I didn't fill it all the way. After I made the pot, the coffee was not as strong as I would have liked so I will have to experiment with the amount of coffee to use. When I turned the machine on it makes a noise while it's running. It's not super loud or crazy, but you can definitely hear it. It took the advertised 8 or so minutes to make and then it was done. I don't exactly know how it works but it sucks the water out the pot and then puts it back in as coffee. I tasted it right after and it is not bitter at all. Overall this is a handy little machine that makes good cold brew fast. Once you figure out how much coffee to put in for your taste, your good to go.
