Ingredients
2 green onions
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 jalapeño chile, thinly sliced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
4 medium flour tortillas
¾ cup salsa verde
½ cup sour cream

Instructions
Thinly slice the green onions. On one half of each tortilla, evenly layer the chicken, cheese, jalapeño, cilantro, and green onion. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.
Place quesadillas on the Baking Tray and insert into the top slot of the Air Fryer Toaster Oven.
Set the Function Dial to Bake, set the Temperature Control Dial to 400ºF, then set the Timer Control dial for 8–10 minutes. Cook until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted. Add more time if necessary to cook to your preference.
Slice this cheesy classic in half and serve warm with salsa verde and sour cream for dipping.
