Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup mashed overripe bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup neutral oil

Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and egg. Thoroughly mix in mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and oil.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
Scoop batter into a 1-gallon plastic bag and seal partway. Snop off 1/8" from the corner of the bag.
Use bag to pipe a generous amount of batter into each Donut Bite Mold with batter. Bake for 2-3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve warm and go bananas!
