Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup mashed overripe bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup neutral oil
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and egg. Thoroughly mix in mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and oil.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- Scoop batter into a 1-gallon plastic bag and seal partway. Snop off 1/8" from the corner of the bag.
Use bag to pipe batter into each Donut Bite Mold. Close and bake for 2-3 minutes.
Serve and watch them go bananas!
