Ingredients
4-6 thick slices of fresh bread
2-4 tablespoons butter
1-2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Begin by lightly buttering one side of the bread. Place the bread buttered side down in the Air Fryer.
Cook at 365°F for 2-3 minutes or until lightly toasted. Open the Air Fryer and top toast with cheese, using hands to press down on the cheese a bit to make sure it stays on bread while cooking.
Continue cooking until cheese is melted and toasty, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
