Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp sprinkles, plus more for the topping
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
For Glaze:
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and butter.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined. Stir in the sprinkles.
- Scoop batter into a 1-gallon plastic bag and seal partway. Snip off 1/8" from the corner of the bag.
Use bag to pipe batter into each Donut Bite Mold. Close and bake for 2-3 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, make the Glaze by mixing powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
- Dip each Donut Bite in glaze, then roll in sprinkles.
Serve as is or create a donut pop by placing bites on a lollipop stick. Super shareable and easy to pass at parties!
Recipe Note
Chef's Tip: You can adjust the consistency of the glaze by adding milk slowly - 1 tsp at a time.
