Instructions
Slice fish fillet into 3-4 evenly sized pieces.
In a spacious mixing bowl, crack 2 eggs and whisk. Add flour to a flate plate. Add panko crumbs to a separate flat plate.
Toss fish with salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary, and parsley until well covered.
Dredge fillets in flour, dusting off excess. Dip fillets in egg mix and coat fully. Then dredge in panko and fully coat.
Add breaded filets to the Air Fryer, cooking in batches if necessary, and cook at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until fish is cooked through.
To prepare chips, rinse potato slices in cold water to remove starch until runoff water is clear. Dry potato slices thoroughly using paper towels.
Toss with vegetable oil and kosher salt. Place into Air Fryer in one even layer. Fry at 325°F for 15 minutes, shaking every 2 minutes. After 15 minutes, increase temperature to 375°F and fry for another 10 minutes, shaking every 2 minutes.
To serve, plate fish and chips and garnish with lemon and tartar sauce for dipping.
Fish and chips, air fried to perfection—it’s a fin-tastic combo that’s simply off the hook!
