Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • ½ cup sliced garlic chives

  • ½ cup minced shiitake mushrooms

  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • ½ teaspoon minced ginger

  • ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 25–30 wonton wrappers, cut into large circles

Instructions

  1. Turn on the Air Fryer and allow it to heat to 400°F before adding the

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, soy sauce, garlic chives, shiitake mushrooms, egg, ginger, white pepper, and sesame oil. Mix by hand until well combined.

  3. Place a wonton wrapper on a flat surface and spoon about 2 teaspoons of the pork mixture into the center.

  4. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with cold water and fold in half to form a half-moon shape. Press or pleat the edges to seal, overlapping slightly for a layered look if desired.

  5. Arrange dumplings upright in the Air Fryer Basket, ensuring they don't overlap. Brush the dumplings lightly with vegetable oil.

  6. Cook for 10 minutes, until browned and crispy. Remove and repeat with any remaining dumplings.

  7. These are soy good served warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
