Cilantro Lime Rice
Mini Rice Cooker
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ¼ cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- ¾ cup long grain jasmine rice
- 1¼ cup water
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- ⅛ cup cilantro, chopped
Add olive oil and chopped onion to Rice Cooker then switch on.
When onion begins to soften, add the garlic, rice, water and salt.
Cook until all the water is absorbed.
Fluff rice with a fork.
Stir in lime juice and cilantro and serve immediately.
