    Cooks perfectly

    Works great! Had an inexpensive beef roast that turned out tender and medium rare per the cooking instructions. Seared it and then served with au jus sauce, red & green pepers on rice.

    Only drawback is the magnetic pill stirrer is quite noisey while it circulates the water while cooking. So for 8 hours it sounds like a little diesel engine idiling in our kitchen!

    Easy Chef Grade Food at Home

    I love sous vide, but what I don't like is the cleanup and all the other gadgets that I need to go along with the sous vide cooking. This is much simpler, fill with water set time and temperature and when it's ready, put your food in and let the machine do the rest! Easy to clean, easy set-up, and the size and shape is perfect for storage!

    Cooks perfectly

    I’ve made pork medallions, filet mignon, ribeyes, and my own egg bites. It all tastes like fine restaurant quality food.

    The machine is of high quality and works perfectly.

    I use my vacuum sealer and bags in lieu of the included bags and pump and they work just fine.
