Electric Butter Sprayer

I am so disappointed in this Dash product, I had such high hopes, as every other Dash product I own is awesome. I will say though that Dash customer service is incredible and worked with me in replacing the first sprayer that didn't work at all, so that was much appreciated. However, the replacement one "works" but it has a ton of flaws that make this sprayer less than feasible. The whole charging thing seems to be the issue and if you don't do the initial set up charge correctly, then it's down hill from there. I finally got the replacement one to charge and melt the butter and it sprayed, but the minute you leave it on the charger it has an auto shut off and the butter hardens and it's a whole long process to melt it again... anyway, great concept but not what I had hoped for unfortunately.

I am being generous with 1 star rating, only because it does melt the butter which allows me to pour the contents on my popcorn. The base light never turns blue for full charge and even after the sprayer light is solid blue the sprayer does nothing. Purchased from Amazon in November as Christmas present, so it is too late to return it. Now I need to find out how to recycle the product instead of throwing it in the trash.
