For what this is, it’s great! I love that the plates are interchangeable and dish washable. So far, I have used the waffle and grill plates the most, as the flat griddle surface is not as useful to me in my home where I have a stovetop and pans. We are loving the ease of making waffles and paninis though! Definitely spruces up what might otherwise have been boring meals. This would also be great for small spaces like an RV or boat! The Dash Flex Press Grill System and the additional Waffle Plate set are fantastic additions to my kitchen! The versatility of this system is truly unmatched. With the ability to switch between grill, griddle, panini press, and waffle plates, it handles everything from breakfast to dinner effortlessly. I’ve used it to make fluffy waffles, grilled chicken, and even bistro-style paninis, and the results have been consistently excellent.
The removable plates are a game-changer—they pop out easily and are dishwasher-safe, making cleanup a breeze. I also love how compact and stylish the design is, which fits perfectly on my countertop without taking up too much space.
One minor downside was a slight weird smell during the first use, but after a quick clean and initial cooking, it completely disappeared.
