Eh, it’s ok.

Don’t get me wrong, I am a Dash-oholic...I have placed more orders than I want to admit to but this microwave popcorn popper is not my favorite. It does an ok job of popping but it’s difficult to get clean and I’m terrified to break it in the sink. Add to that letting my 9 year old use it has taken some big coaching sessions about how to not just grab the popper from the microwave without a hot pad because it will be scalding hot.

Does it look cute? Yep! But as for performance, we tend to defer to our old air popper for maximum kernels popped and safety. This will be heading to college with my oldest next year.

Haven't used it yet ...

... I am in the process of moving from where I have lived for 27 years. I am also purchasing a lot of kitchen products for my new apartment now to replace the older stuff that is either well used or broken & patched up. My 1980's era hot air popper died a number of years ago and due to lack of space my elderly mother refused to find room for a new one. So microwave popcorn bags have been used since then. NO MORE though, my new apartment has 3 times the cabinet space and counter top size as the 1950's tract house that my family has owned since 1960 = 61 years, when I was 10 yo. I have lived here on and off for like 41 years of my life. I returned here not long after my father died in the mid 1990's. Well, your product will be used next month. I am buying replacements now as I find and toss the old stuff out, and get newer more modern items slowly, to make reasoned decisions rather than purchase it all at once and then return what I don't like.

Best microwave popper

This popper makes the best microwave popcorn. We love that we can control the ingredients so we know exactly what we are eating. The glass makes is so easy to clean, and see if there are any unpopped kernels on the bottom.

This was the easiest popper I’ve ever used. Super simple to clean and I like that you don’t have to use any oil with it.
