The ultimate Fall breakfast--waffle webs. Going to add a candy spider and confectioner's glaze!
I purchased several different dash mini waffle makers for my daughter for her birthday. We all love how quickly the little waffles cook. She’s even taken them in for a waffle bar for all the teachers at her work. They’ve requested a waffle bar each month! It’s perfect to take a few in and enjoy a waffle bar. We love all the different designs for each season of the year.
My great grand son just loves this and he helps make them and he is 4.
Like another review said, it makes waffles fine, but definitely not as well as the regular mini waffle maker. When made side by side, the regular waffles come out thicker and more "perfect" consistently, whereas the spider web waffles are less consistent and thinner. My particular spider web waffle maker seems to tilt a bit to one side -- not sure if it's because of the legs or what -- so sometimes the waffle comes out thinner on one side than the other. But it's nothing major and I still like it for the unique design.
The spider webbing is not deep enough to get real waffles out, they come out more like pizzelles. Cooks well, though. For waffles, the standard mini waffle maker is better.
