I love this rapid egg cooker. In my house we eat a lot of hard boiled eggs and egg salad sandwiches. This makes it so much quicker and easier to make. Add the raw eggs to the rack, add amount of water using the instructional container, place lid, push button and in about 10 minutes (for the 6 eggs I make) and the Dash beeps to let me know it is done. I had another brand and it always evaporated the water before it was done and would smell like burning water (if you know what I’m talking about) and showed an overcooked area on one side of the metal plate. I hated it and eventually went back to using a pot on the stove. So glad I received this one and haven’t had that problem with Dash. Included is a 35 page instruction manual/recipe book, peeps chick omelet container, 7 eggs capacity cooker, poaching tray and measuring cup. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
