Tests great!
I tested the reader with boiling water, ice cold drinks & the temp of my two hands. I'm making bread and a meatloaf tomorrow. Can't wait! I enjoy the easy on and off feature, no buttons to break or crack.

Infrared Thermometer
I make a sweet hot mustard recipe that has been in our family for well over 100 years.
Having to work over a large very hot steam kettle and the strong mustard pungent smell is such a relief to get fast temperature reading.
