    I loved the size of this paring knife- just right for my medium size hands . The knife has a substantial weight, not flimsy , on the handle. Very sharp, gets the job done.

    Finally! A sharp paring knife.

    I’ve been wanting good paring knives but I ne we knew what brand to buy. Then I saw these and figured Geoffrey Zakarian would never put his name on something that wasn’t high quality.
