    Good Choice

    Easy to use and care for. The bean soup recipe that accompanied the deep skillet was a hit! I made a good choice!

    Cast Iron Skillet

    I have only used it once so far and I like it. Only problem is that it is heavy for me, and that is why I have not purchased a cast iron pan before. I was hoping this one might be a bit lighter.
