    My Birthday Skillet

    My first dish in my new skillet was sautéed fish. I loved the evenness of the cooked fish. Sometimes in my cast iron one part will be browned more than the other. The skillet is light and easy to move. I also like the color on the outside of the pan. Overall I’m pleased with my new birthday pan!

    Excellent product

    This might be the best cast iron skillet I've ever owned! I really love the non-stick coating and the fact that I don't have to preseason it. I know that might go against the grain for all the other old school chefs out there but for me it really is a pleasure to cook with this skillet.
