    Awesome Pan

    I make fajitas for two in this pan. I use one burner. I first start the bell peppers with a little vegetable oil. I saute them for a few minutes, then push them to the side ( a little off the burner). I then add my onions and saute the same. You could mix the veggies together, but we prefer them separate. I push them to the side. Then I add the seasoned meat of choice, like chicken or steak and cook it over the heat. I do the meat last, because it doesn't take as long as the veggies. Everything is hot and ready to go all in one skillet. If I am feeding more than two, I use my 10" Zakarian skillet for the meat, and the rectangle pan for the veggies. I loved this pan so much, I also bought two 10" and an 8" pan. They are a breeze to clean!
