Instructions
In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a measuring cup, mix the apple cider and Greek yogurt.
In a separate bowl, add butter, oil, and sugars together and mix until light and fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix until combined, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary.
Add the yogurt mixture to the wet ingredients and combine. Then begin to combine the wet and dry ingredients in increments. Start by adding one third of the dry mixture to the wet mixture and combine completely before adding the next third.
Pour batter into donut molds until each mold is about ¾ full. Cook for 3-4 minutes until firm to touch and golden brown.
Use tongs to remove donuts and transfer to a plate.
Prepare the topping by melting butter in a small dish in the microwave. In a separate bowl, toss together sugar and cinnamon.
When ready to serve, dip donuts in melted butter then drag through cinnamon sugar mixture.
Serve warm and enjoy this fall favorite all year long!
