  • 1 cup apple cider

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Add egg and apple cider and whisk until well combined. Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes before cooking.

  2. Preheat the Mini Waffle Maker and grease the cooking surfaces with a light coating of cooking oil. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of batter into the Waffle Maker and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

  3. Serve warm and top with butter, syrup, sliced apples, and more cinnamon to savor the flavors of fall year-round!
