Instructions

  1. In the Sauté Pan, add oil and heat on medium-high until warm. Add beef strips and cook until browned, about 3 to 4 minutes.

  2. Move beef to the side of the Sauté Pan and add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring veggies continuously.

  3. Stir to combine beef and vegetables. Season with sesame seeds and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Continue to cook and stir until vegetables are tender, about 2-4 more minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and keep warm.

  4. In a small bowl, add sugar, sesame oil, vegetable stock, and 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Whisk to combine. In the Sauté Pan, add the sauce with precooked noodles and toss to combine. Cook on medium-high until sauce reduces and noodles are warm. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.

  5. To serve, plate beef and veggies with noodles and stir up some fun with this easy-make weeknight dinner!
