Ingredients
6 tablespoons bittersweet chocolate
2 tablespoons unsweetened chocolate
¾ stick unsalted butter
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
In the microwave, melt bittersweet and unsweetened chocolate. Also melt butter separately, then mix together until smooth.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Add egg mixture to chocolate and mix until no clumps remain. Stir in salt and flour until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Preheat the Maker and grease with a light coating of cooking oil. Pour 1½-2 tablespoons of batter into each waffle mold of the Maker and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve with fresh strawberries or dip in a fruit compote. You’re sure to enjoy these dippers a choco-lot!
