- 8 cups buttered popcorn
- ½ cup cheddar cheese powder
- Pinch of red chili powder
- ¼ cup snipped chives, optional
- In a large mixing bowl, sprinkle the cheddar cheese powder and chili powder over the popcorn. With your hands, mix until the cheese coats the popcorn evenly. Sprinkle chives over the cheese-coated popcorn before serving (optional).
