Instructions

  1. Add cinnamon sticks to the Infusing Cylinder and insert it into the Pitcher, following assembly & set up instructions. Fill the Pitcher with ice.

  2. Add tea to the Filter Basket and power on the Maker to begin brewing.

  3. When using granulated sugar, for best results, it’s necessary to add sugar into the Sugar Basket in increments throughout the brewing process. Begin brewing then add about ⅓ of the sugar into the Sugar Basket. Stir the sugar to help it dissolve. As brewing progresses, add another ⅓ and stir to incorporate. Repeat with remaining sugar. If using simple syrup or honey, there’s no need to add in increments, but stirring a bit while adding will help it dissolve and incorporate into the tea.

  4. Once brewing is complete, remove the Pitcher and power off the Maker.

  5. Add more sweetener or ice to preference.

  6. Pour into serving glasses, add cream or milk, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, and start sipping!
