Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
1½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In a microwave-safe dish, stir together milk, egg, yogurt, and butter.
Microwave mixture in 20-second intervals, stirring in-between, until butter is melted, and mixture is warm. Then, mix in the vanilla extract.
Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until no dry spots remain. Allow batter to rest for 5 minutes.
Scoop batter into a 1-gallon plastic bag and seal partway. Snip off 1/8" from the corner of the bag.
Use bag to pipe a generous amount of batter into each Donut Bite Mold with batter. Bake for 2-3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve plain or with a glaze of choice and go loco for cocoa!
