- 10 oz bittersweet chocolate
½-¾ cups whole milk or cream
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Fruit or pastries for dipping

Instructions
Plug in your Fondue Pot. In your Fondue Pot, combine first the ½ cup of milk or cream, then the chocolate, and melt gently over medium-low heat. Stir until smooth.
Add more milk or cream if sauce seems too thick. Stir in vanilla. Reduce heat to low.
Serve immediately or reheat on low-medium heat when ready to serve.
Set out fresh fruit or pastries and start dipping!
