Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil

Instructions
In a medium bowl, sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and melted butter. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just incorporated.
Insert the Heart Waffle Plates into the Treat Maker. Preheat and grease the cooking surfaces with a light coating of cooking oil. Pour ½ cup of the batter into the Heart Mold and spread evenly. Cook until golden brown and repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve with maple syrup and fresh berries for breakfast treat that will melt their hearts!
