Ingredients
3 scoops sugar or floss sugar
Food coloring, if desired
Paper cones
1-2 limes
¼ cup sprinkles
3-5 ounces cotton candy
12 ounces lemon lime soda or seltzer

Instructions
Power on the Cotton Candy Maker and allow it to reheat for 5 minutes. Then, power off the Maker. Add 3 scoops of sugar into Sugar Compartment, taking care not to overfill.
Power on the Maker to begin spinning the sugar. The Maker will begin melting the sugar and strands/floss will begin to appear.
Move a paper cone around the inside of the Maker to roll the floss sugar onto the paper cone. Use the cone to pick up the strands of sugar, then rotate the cone to wrap the floss sugar around it.
After all sugar has turned into floss/strands, repeat with more sugar if desired.
Ready a serving glass by rimming its edge with fresh lime. Cut a wedge of lime and run it along the rim of the glass so that the rim of the glass inside and out is moist.
In a small plate, pour out sprinkles. Flip the glass upside down dip the rim of the glass into the sprinkle, making sure the rim is coated with sprinkles.
Without messing up the sprinkle rim, add a cup of cotton candy to the inside the glass.
When ready to serve, pour soda into glass, careful not to mess up the sprinkle rim. Watch the cotton candy disappear!
Garnish with more cotton candy and a cherry on top! (Take note that garnish cotton candy will also dissolve if it touches the soda.)
