Instructions
Pat wings with paper towel to remove moisture, then toss with oil and salt.
Place the drumettes in the Infrared Air Fryer and cook at 375°F for 5 minutes.
Add flats to the basket in a single layer. Do not overlap. Cook for 10-12 more minutes, shaking halfway through to ensure even cooking and crispness.
While the wings cook, make the sriracha glaze. In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together the sriracha, soy sauce, butter, and honey until the butter is melted and honey is fully dissolved. Keep on low heat until ready to use. To make in the microwave, combine in a microwave-safe bowl, heat, and whisk until smooth.
Remove wings, transfer to a large bowl, and toss in glaze.
Garnish with sliced scallions and serve immediately. Dip in ranch dressing to cool down when things get too spicy!
