Ingredients

Pizza Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup (1 stick) cold butter, cut into small chunks

  • ¾ cup milk

Optional Fillings

  • Pepperoni

  • Sausage

  • Mushrooms

  • Onions

  • Green peppers

  • Black olives

  • Mozzarella cheese

  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the butter and use a pastry cutter to mix until the butter is incorporated, and the mixture forms coarse crumbs. Stir in the milk until the dough comes together.

  2. On a floured surface, roll the dough to ½ inch thick and cut out as many 4-inch circles as possible. 

  3. Plug in the Express Pocket & Omelette Maker, then stretch each dough circle to fit the shape of the Cooking Surfaces.

  4. Place one dough circle on a Cooking Surface and add your preferred pizza fillings. Top with another dough circle and pinch the edges closed. Close the Cover and cook until golden and crispy. Repeat with remaining dough and fillings.
