Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all dry pancake ingredients and whisk together. Then add in buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk to combine, then transfer to a squeeze bottle or a container with a spout for pouring. Allow to rest for 10-12 minutes while preparing other breakfast items.

  2. Preheat the XL Burger Griddle to 350°F. Once the Griddle is hot, drizzle a small amount of oil and add hashbrowns in that spot. Then add meats, taking note that they will not need oil to cook. Season hashbrowns to taste. Leave space on the Griddle for eggs.

  3. Cook meat and hash browns until crispy, 8-10 minutes, flipping each halfway through.

  4. As meat and hash browns cook, prepare eggs in your preferred style. On the empty part of the Griddle, drizzle with oil and add eggs. Cook to preference then remove and transfer to a serving platter.

  5. When meat and hash browns are done, remove and transfer to the serving platter.

  6. With the Griddle now empty, drizzle oil on the surface and use a spatula to coat the Griddle evenly.

  7. Squeeze or pour ⅓-½ cup of batter onto the Griddle for each pancake.

  8. When small bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes, flip and continue cooking on the opposite side until golden brown.

  9. Remove from heat and transfer to the serving platter.

  10. With everything prepared, bring the serving platter to the table and let everybody dig into this hearty breakfast on Sunday morning or any day of the week!
