Ingredients
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
¼ cup flat-leaf parsley leaved
1 tablespoon brewer's yeast
¼ teaspoon gelatin
1 large egg
1½ teaspoon activated charcoal powder
1½ tablespoon coconut oil, melted
½ teaspoon ghee, melted
¼ cup bone broth or warm water
2 cups garbanzo flour

Instructions
Preheat the Dog Treat Maker.
In a food processor, combine mint and parsley and pulse until coarsely chopped. Add yeast, gelatin, and egg. Then add charcoal powder very gently as this fine powder flies easily. Pulse until well combined. Add coconut oil, ghee, and broth and pulse to combine. Add garbanzo bean flour and pulse until a soft, slightly crumbly dough forms.
Grease the cooking surface with a small amount of cooking oil. Add dough to the molds of the Dog Treat Maker and close the Lid.
Bake for 6 minutes. Use tongs to flip each one then bake for a further 4 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with remaining dough.
