Ingredients

  • 6 bags green tea or 6 teaspoons loose tea

  • ½ cup honey (or sugar or simple syrup)

  • Ice

  • Fresh lemons slices to garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill the Pitcher with ice.

  2. Add tea to the Filter Basket and power on the Maker to begin brewing.

  3. As it begins brewing, add honey to the Sugar Basket and stir to help dissolve and incorporate. If using granulated sugar instead of honey, for best results, it’s necessary to add sugar into the Sugar Basket in increments throughout the brewing process. Begin brewing then add about ⅓ of the sugar into the Sugar Basket. Stir the sugar to help it dissolve. As brewing progresses, add another ⅓ and stir to incorporate. Repeat with remaining sugar.

  4. Once brewing is complete, remove the Pitcher and power off the Maker.

  5. Pour into serving glasses, garnish with fresh lemon slices, and start sipping!
