Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoons butter

  • 4-6 croissants, sliced

  • 8-10 slices of cheddar cheese

  • 8-10 slices thinly sliced deli ham

  • Mustard, optional

  • Honey, optional

Instructions

  1. Slice croissants longways to open them and smear the inside with mustard, if using. Stuff with ham slices and 1-2 slices of cheese.

  2. Preheat the Griddle to 350°F. Once the Griddle is hot, add a pad of butter to the surface and use a spatula to coat the Griddle evenly.

  3. Place sandwiches on the cooking surface. Use a Burger Press or spatula to press. Flip after 2-3 minutes to toast both sides, ensuring the ham heats up and the cheese melts.

  4. Towards the end of cooking, drizzle with honey on both sides and continue to toast until honey is warm and melted into sandwich.

  5. Serve and savor this breakfast go-to, no trip to the café required!
