Ingredients
1 pound flank steak, cut into ¼-inch strips
½ cup honey
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon black pepper

Instructions
Trim excess fat from the flank steak. Place the meat in the freezer for 2 hours, or until firm enough to slice easily.
Once firm, cut the steak into ¼-inch strips, slicing against the grain for the best texture.
In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together the honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush both sides of the steak strips with the glaze, then cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Arrange the marinated strips on the Food Trays, making sure they don’t overlap. Set the temperature to 165°F and dehydrate for 4–6 hours, or until fully dried and chewy.
Cool completely and store in an airtight container. After one bine, you’ll agree that this recipe is a real moo-d booster.
