Ingredients

  • 2 cups honeydew melon, seeded and chopped

  • 1/4 cup mint leaves only

  • 1/2 cup simple syrup, homemade or store bought

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Freeze the Cooling Bowl for 24 hours prior to use.

  2. Combine the honeydew melon, mint, simple syrup, lemon juice, and kosher salt in a blender. Puree until completely smooth.

  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to make sorbet. Turn on the Ice Cream Maker. While the machine is churning, pour the mixture into the Cooling Bowl through the Ingredient Chute.

  4. When the mixture is fully frozen and rises to fill the Cooling Bowl, the sorbet is ready to serve. The texture will be similar to soft serve. For a firmer consistency, transfer to a separate container and freeze for an additional hour.

  5. Serve, grab a spoon, and just dew it!
