Ingredients
- 3 cups instant powdered milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups white or dark chocolate chips
2 cups (.5L) water

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together powdered milk, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
Transfer to a blender or food processor and blend into a fine powder.
Fill the Kettle with water to the .5L mark and bring to a boil.
In a serving mug, add ⅓ cup of the hot chocolate mix and pour half of the hot water over top. Stir and allow to cool before serving. Repeat with remaining mixture.
Top with marshmallows or whipped cream and enjoy this warming winter treat!
