- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp milk

For Maple Glaze:
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, brown sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and butter.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined.
Transfer batter to a 1-gallon Ziploc® bag and seal partway. Snip off 1/8’’ from the corner of the bag.
Use bag to pipe batter into each Donut Bite Mold. Close and bake for 2-3 minutes.
In a medium bowl, make the maple glaze by mixing powdered sugar, maple syrup, milk, and lemon juice until smooth.
Dip each bite in glaze and enjoy every ooey, gooey bite!
Recipe Note
Chef's Tip: For extra maple flavor, substitute maple extract for vanilla extract.
