Instructions

  1. Plug in the Pizza Griddle. Open the Griddle to lay flat and add ½ tablespoon of oil to each Cooking Surface. Once hot, add the beef and sausage to one side. Then add the onions, peppers, and garlic to the other. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  2. Cook until meat is brown and cooked through and the veggies are fragrant and soft, about 5-7 minutes. Remove meat from Griddle, place in a shallow bowl with a paper towel to absorb the grease, and set aside. Remove veggies from Griddle and set aside.

  3. Wipe off any excess oil on the Griddle with a paper towel.

  4. On a lightly floured pizza paddle or cutting board, roll out dough to about a 12-inch circle.

  5. Place the dough on the Lower Cooking Surface. Add pizza sauce in a light layer all over the pizza, leaving about ¼ inch crust around the edges.

  6. Top the pizza with shredded cheese, meat, pepperoni, and veggies. Season with salt and pepper. Add Parmesan cheese, red pepper, and oregano.

  7. Close the Griddle and cook for 10-12 minutes, or desired crispiness. The cheese should be melted, the bottom crust firm and brown, and the toppings cooked and steamy.
