3 large eggs, beaten
½ onion, diced
½ bell pepper, diced
6 ounces ham, diced
3 tablespoons Swiss cheese, grated

Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs, diced onion, diced pepper, and grated Swiss cheese.
Pour ¼ of the egg mixture into the Waffle Stick Maker.
Sprinkle 2 ounces of diced ham evenly over the mixture and cook for about 5 minutes, or until firm and golden.
Repeat with the remaining mixture. Serve warm with your favorite sauces – it’s an egg-cellent way to start the day!
